Return and Refund Policy

At JazzySusu, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we have made the process simple and transparent.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New condition:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors will not be accepted.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

We accept returns for all defective or damaged products. If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately at privacy@jazzysusu.com. JazzySusu covers 100% of the return shipping costs for defective items.

4. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

We also accept returns for non-defective products (e.g., wrong size or color). The same 14-day window and "New" condition requirements apply.

5. Return Method & Fees

  • Return Method: All returns are handled by mail.

  • Return Shipping Cost: We offer Free Return Shipping for all customers in the United States.

  • Return Label: A pre-paid return shipping label is included in your original package. Simply attach the label and drop it off at the designated carrier.

  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees ($0.00 cost).

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item. If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process or contact our support team to reserve your replacement.

7. Refund Processing & Working Days

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Inspection: Done within 2 business days of receipt.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

  • Working Days: Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST), excluding U.S. federal holidays.
