Products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items
