All business operations, including order processing and customer support, are conducted during our standard working days:

  • Working Days: Monday through Friday.

  • Operating Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).

  • Exclusions: We are closed on U.S. federal holidays. Any orders or inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed on the following business day.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which features a 14-day return window.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our delivery procedures and transit estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Please refer to that document for details regarding our 2:00 PM (EST) cut-off time and our commitment to processing orders during our defined Working Days.
