1. Our Working Days and Order Cut-off To maintain consistency across our services, we operate during the following business hours:

  • Working Days: Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Operating Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST). Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday, or during the weekend/holidays, will be processed on the next available business day (Monday).

2. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed, packed, and ready for shipment within 1–2 business days.

  • We perform a quality check on every item before it leaves our facility to ensure your fashion pieces arrive in perfect condition.

3. Shipping Rates and Transit Times (United States) We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days (Cost: FREE)

  • Estimated Delivery Window: 4–9 Business Days (1–2 Days Handling + 3–7 Days Transit).

Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers. While we strive for speed, external factors like weather may occasionally impact delivery dates.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active and traceable within 24 hours of the package leaving our facility.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time to ensure the secure, hand-delivered quality of our products.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your tracking information indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
